H2sea returns to World Hydrogen Summit 2026 in Rotterdam

Offshore hydrogen platform at sea with World Hydrogen Summit 2026 event announcement in Rotterdam

H2sea will once again exhibit at the World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition, taking place from 19–21 May in Ahoy, Rotterdam. Marking its fifth consecutive participation, H2sea has been present since the very first edition of the event.

At this year’s summit, H2sea will showcase its onshore and offshore hydrogen solutions, supporting the development of integrated hydrogen value chains. Visitors are invited to the H2sea stand to learn more about the our latest in-house research and ongoing demonstration projects.

Representing H2sea at the event are Edwin van Drunen, Pascal Ferier, Tom Evertse, Mohool Misra and Marika van Pol, who will be available throughout the exhibition to discuss developments in hydrogen and explore collaboration opportunities.

H2SEA shares expertise in panel during World Hydrogen Summit

At a panel session during the World Hydrogen Summit, Edwin van Drunen, Managing Director of H2SEA, offered insights on the economic viability of offshore hydrogen initiatives. 

As a distinguished panelist at the HEROW side event, Edwin shared H2SEA’s research insights on the scalability of offshore hydrogen projects.

Joining H2SEA on the panel were representatives from prominent organizations such as Shell, RWE, Eneco, and TNO, the latter also serving as the co-organizer of the HEROW event. HEROW, an acronym for Hydrogen Empowering Revolutionary Offshore Wind, convened industry leaders to explore advancements in offshore hydrogen technologies.
